Notice of ITQ Solicitation for mobility vehicle modification per driver evaluation report and prescription. Interested Iowa Targeted Small Businesses must contact Yvette Clausen, yvette.clausen@iowa.gov, (515) 401-2974 to request a copy of the driver evaluation report and prescription. This solicitation is limited to Iowa Targeted Small Businesses and Iowa Vocational Rehabilitation Services pre-qualified vehicle mobility vendors per State of Iowa ITQ1120283070 and in compliance with 11 IAC 117.9(7)(b) and 11 IAC 117.8(2). Notification of ITQ Solicitation 11 IAC 117.9(7) (b) After the implementation of a prequalification process, DAS-CPB may select, in a competitive manner, a prequalified vendor without public notice and without further negotiation of general terms and conditions. A solicitation may be restricted only to prequalified vendors, in addition to the TSB notification required by 11 IAC 117.8(2)
