For more information, please contact: Name: Laurie Nash Phone: 319-356-6090 Email: [email protected] Bid Closing Date: July 26, 2024 Bid Closing Time: 3:00pm Procurement Description: The Department of Health and Human Services (the Agency), in collaboration with the Johnson County Decategorization Board (herein after referred to as the “Board”) seeks a qualified entity or entities to provide supervised visits and parent education services for families involved with the Iowa Department of Health and Human Services. The Agency anticipates the term of any resulting contract will be from September 1, 2024, through June 30, 2025. This contract potentially may have a one (1), 1-year extension. Contracts will be limited to a maximum of $26,000 for one year. The maximum potential value of contracts with renewals is $52,000. All contracts and renewals are subject to availability of funds.
