To provide a culturally specific foster home and licensed foster care services that are responsive to the unique needs of a sibling group of four who are tribally affiliated with the Cheyenne Tribe of northern Iowa and southern Minnesota and are covered by the Indian Child Welfare Act. These siblings is to be kept together in a Native American home with their same tribal affiliation.
