Wastewater System in compliance with NPDES Permit No. 0400914.manned rotorcraft aerial services to support wildlife survey operations. These aerial surveys are conducted to monitor wildlife populations and areas of geographical interest across the State of Iowa. All specifications and bid submissions are available exclusively through the IMPACS Electronic Procurement System and must be submitted via the IMPACS link below.
