ICN intends to extend a 12-strand armored, fiber optic cable connection from the Cedar Rapids Department of Corrections 951 29th St., SW, Cedar Rapids, IA to an existing IDOT handhole with the ROW of I-380 Southbound and 27th St., SW Cedar Rapids, IA. This will require new conduit of approximately 3,915 feet, cable installation in new conduit and installing fiver in new conduit, along with pulling fiber in existing conduit from the Department of Corrections ROW to the existing building. Total cable footage of 4,758’
