Description
Update May 20, 2019: The Iowa Department of Natural Resources (DNR) hereby announces its intent to AMEND Request for Proposal (RFP) 19CRDLWBJWENC-0008. Please see the attached amendment and updated service provider cost proposal documents.
The Department of Natural Resources (DNR) is seeking a Service Provider to conduct interpretive/biological surveys of the following state designated water trails (listed in order of priority): the Middle River (Adair/Madison counties), Winnebago River (Winnebago County), Iowa River (Hardin County), Dubuque Water Trail (Dubuque County), Turkey River (Fayette/Clayton counties), and Cedar Valley Paddler’s Trail (Black Hawk County). There are 235.1 total water trail miles. These surveys are to help in the development of interpretive water trail brochures, as well as provide useful information to the DNR for future planning efforts. DNR anticipates that the term of any resulting contract will be June 7, 2019 through July 31, 2020. Service Providers may not contact any employee of the State of Iowa about this Informal RFP other than the DNR Issuing Officer:
