Mental Health Services for the First Judicial District Department of Corrections
Request for Proposals
Description
The Department of Corrections houses male offenders on pre-trial, probation, parole, and/or work release in the Waterloo Residential Correctional Facility located in Blackhawk County. These offenders may have mental health and/or substance abuse needs. The Department believes the clients in the facility have a greater chance of success in managing their mental health and/or substance abuse issues if a contracted provider is housed in the facility.
