Description

PURPOSE 1. The purpose of this Request for Proposal (“RFP”) is to hire a firm (“Provider”) to provide administrative services for IPERS’ private market internal co-investment (“PMICI”) program. 2. IPERS seeks a firm to implement a turn-key solution to support the administration and management (middle- and back-office functions) for a diversified portfolio of co-investments generated through IPERS’ Private Markets Program. 3. IPERS is not seeking proposals for consulting or “fund of fund” services in response to this RFP. 4. Respondents must satisfy all minimum requirements for their proposal to receive consideration by IPERS. 5. Any firm that meets the minimum requirements of this RFP is encouraged to submit a proposal. The RFP is available electronically on the IPERS website, www.ipers.org, and on the state of Iowa website, www.iowa.gov
