Description

Iowa Economic Development Authority (IEDA) is seeking a consultant to assist with the development of the public action plan for the State of Iowa’s 2025 Community Development Block Grant Disaster Recovery (CDBG-DR) allocation. The consultant team will be responsible for developing the public action plan, implementation plan, and assisting with certifications and any other necessary items for launching CDBG-DR programs. The consultant team will also be responsible for providing technical assistance to IEDA staff on issues related to CDBG-DR program management. IEDA may be interested in additional services related to the implementation of CDBG-DR programs.
