All purchase orders or delivery orders issued by purchasing entities within the jurisdiction of this Agreement must include NASPO Master Agreement Number 23008 and State of Iowa Contract Number 2024-BUS-0117D.

State agencies must use a Delivery Order (DO) in Iowa Advantage to pay vendor invoices.
