Description

This contract is for purchase of Automated External Defibrillator (AED) and Accessories through a cooperative NASPO Valuepoint participating addendum with the State of Iowa. The State of Iowa and Stryker Sales, LLC establish this agreement under the terms and conditions of the Stryker Sales, LLC - NASPO Valuepoint contract #SW0300. The attached Participating Addendum (PA) serves to modify and amend the contract between Stryker Sales, LLC and the State of Iowa. The parties agree to comply with the terms and conditions on the following attachments which are by this reference made a part of the Agreement. All purchase orders issued by ordering entities with the jurisdiction of this PA agreement shall include the NASPO Valuepoint #SW0300and the State of Iowa Master Agreement #25024 on the order. Within the State of Iowa, all state agencies, state facilities, cities, counties or education entities or any entity funded in part with state tax dollars, are eligible purchasers and authorized to purchase products and services under the terms of the Participating Addendum in lieu of a separate competitive selection process.
