Value-Add Services rates can be found on Attachment C, Price Schedule under the Product Documents tab. Cradlepoint is now the Enterprise Wireless Solutions division of Ericsson. Its solutions enable organizations to innovate, operate, and grow anywhere — without constraints. Ericsson NetCloud, Cradlepoint routers, and Enterprise 5G solutions provide the flexibility of public and private 5G, with the zero-trust security of simplified SASE. This is a change in name only. We will continue to operate under the same Federal Employer Identification Number (FEIN). The change does not involve an assignment of the NASPO ValuePoint Agreements to Ericsson, Inc. or different legal entity. A copy of the updated W-9 is available upon request, and we will be reaching out to agencies holding current Participating Addenda to initiate the change.
