The services are structured across multiple service models (IaaS, PaaS, & SaaS) and deployment configurations (Public Cloud, Private Cloud, Community Cloud, & Hybrid Cloud).

All purchase or delivery orders issued by purchasing entities within the jurisdiction of this Agreement must include the NASPO Contract# AR2492 and State of Iowa Agreement Number 2025-BUS-7557.
State of Iowa Executive Branch Agencies:
State agencies must use a Delivery Order (DO) in Iowa Advantage to pay vendor invoices.
