discounts and pricing information. Dealer will provide Certificate of Insurance for liability relating to service work only.
DELIVERY DAYS: 60 - 90 days after order receipt.
INVOICING: Initial order for equipment, accessories, or dealer installed parts will be invoiced through Corporate Contract.
Parts and accessories ordered after initial order and any services will be purchased through dealer Contract. If agreed to by
Corporate, dealer may invoice the initial equipment and accessories if they are in dealer's inventory.
