The Parties acknowledge that TASER 10 products are listed in the current price book. However, as of the effective date of this extension, TASER 10 products are not yet available for purchase under this Contract. The Parties agree to work in good faith during the extension period to negotiate any additional terms or amendments necessary to support the future availability of TASER 10 products. Taser Conducted Electrical Weapons and Accessories. All purchase orders issued by the purchasing entities with the jurisdiction of this master agreement must reference State of Iowa MA 22231. The parties agree to comply with the terms and conditions on the following attachments which are by this reference made a part of the Agreement. Delivery Time: 45 Days
