Description
This contract is for apparel, uniforms, accessories, products, discounts, and services for all State Agencies and Political subdivisions to use.
The State of Iowa and ServiceWear Apparel establish this agreement under the terms & conditions of the ServiceWear Apparel- Omnia contract #R210102. The attached Participating Addendum serves to modify and amend the contract between ServiceWear Apparel and the State of Iowa.
The parties agree to comply with the terms and conditions on the following attachments which are by this reference made a part of the Agreement.
PAYMENT TERMS: NET 60, 2% Discount NET10 - not include credit card accounts. $100 Minimum Order Required.
DELIVERY TERMS: FOB FREIGHT DESTINATION
