This NASPO Master Agreement was assigned to Dell Marketing L.P., (Master Agreement #23026) from Dell Inc., (Master Agreement #23004). All contract documents, including Exhibit D: Price Schedules, reflect the original Master Agreement Number (MA #23004).

All purchase or delivery orders issued by purchasing entities within the jurisdiction of this Agreement must include NASPO Master Agreement Number 23026 and State of Iowa Contract Number 2024-BUS-0122.
State of Iowa Executive Branch Agencies:
State agencies must use a Delivery Order (DO) in Iowa Advantage to pay vendor invoices.
State of Iowa executive branch agencies must purchase according to applicable system standards and seek approval from the Department of Management, Division of IT (DOM DoIT) using the IT Procurement Request form located here: https://dom.iowa.gov/state-government/information-technology/contracts-sourcing-and-vendor-management/sourcing-approval-process-107
