Description
This contract is providing Vehicle and Trailer Wrap Services. These services include sizing the artwork, creating the wraps, installation/adhering wraps to vehicles and trailers and removing wraps from trailers.
The parties agree to comply with the terms and conditions on the following attachments which are by this reference made a part of the Agreement.
Attachments are on file with the Department of Administrative Service - Central Procurement. Attachment 1: Competitive Solicitation 005-RFB-1169-2025.
Attachment 2: Contractor's Response to Competitive Solicitation 005-RFB-1169-2025 (except for any contractor objection or amendment to the Competitive Solicitation Document requirements that the State has not explicitly agreed to in writing).
Attachment 3: Contractors Cost (final pricing documentation) Response to competitive solicitation document 005-RFB-1169-2025.
The state reserves the right to add additional items/services to the Contract.
Payment Terms: NET60
Des Moines Metro Installation Facility: 6082 NE 14th Street Des Moines, Iowa 50313. A large 4 bay shop to wrap trailers of this nature. Not available Saturdays. One business day for preparation and installation. No Delivery. One business day for removal. No Delivery.
