Description

The State of Iowa is conducting a Request for Quote for a contractor to complete demo of an existing hot water tank and components and install a new heat exchanger and tank system at the Fort Dodge Correctional Facility in Building A. See Exhibit B for additional detail. All work must be done on-site at the Fort Dodge Correctional Facility and all personnel must pass a background check. Information required for the background check includes full name, birthdate, state driver’s license # or State id#, and social security number. Construction is expected to start on 5/19/23 and be substantially complete by 8/18/23. The Project is located at 1500 L St, Fort Dodge, IA 50501. Please email your quote using the Exhibit A pricing form to construction.procurement@iowa.gov prior to 4/20/23 at 2:00 PM (CT). All questions regarding this solicitation must be received by email by 2:00 PM (CT) ON 4/13/23. A Pre-Bid Meeting will be held on 4/6/23 at 11:00 AM at the Fort Dodge Correctional Facility at 1500 L St, Fort Dodge, IA 50501.
