Description
The State of Iowa, Department of Administrative Services is soliciting proposals for the administration of its Employee Assistance Program (EAP). The State of Iowa EAP is currently available to approximately 19,500 active employees in the Executive, Legislative and Judicial branches. The EAP is also available to family members of these employees. The primary reasons for this solicitation are to assess changes in the marketplace, ensure financial competitiveness, and to comply with State contract term and procurement requirements.
