Description
State of Iowa Dept of Administrative Services, on behalf of the Iowa Dept. of Education (IDOE), seeks a State-wide, vendor-hosted Schools Interoperability Framework (SIF) solution. IDOE anticipates an SaaS solution that will establish a single SIF data collection system. A single, unified Operational Data Store (ODS) would be integrated with the single data collection system. Please review the attached document for complete RFP information and expectations as well as directions on how to submit a proposal. NOTE: Any vendor questions and answers are DUE by 12PM Central on Fri., Sept. 14, 2018. See page one of the RFP for details on submitting questions. (For vendor convenience, the RFP document is attached in both Word and pdf versions.) Sept. 26 NOTE: Amendment One containing answers to contractor questions has been attached within this web site. Oct. 17 NOTE: Addendum One for RFP1219282004 has been released and posted here today. The Addendum lists the Schools Interoperability Framework (SIF) solution RFP evaluation criteria and points. The Addendum is for information purposes ONLY and contractor responses to the Addendum are not required nor expected.
