Description

Update 7/12/2019: Please see the attached two documents for the list of Contractors attending the Mandatory Pre-Proposal Conference and questions with answers from the Contractors Conference. The purpose of this RFP is to conduct the telemetry and hibernacula studies to evaluate migratory movements and habitat use of the northern long-eared bat (MYSE) and the Indiana bat (MYSO). As identified in the grant, the resulting study will support the development of a HCP for MEC wind power facilities in Iowa. A Mandatory On-Site Vendor’s Conference will be held on July 10, 2019 at 10:00 AM Central Time at the Wallace State Office Building 4th Floor 502 E 9th Street, Des Moines, Iowa 50319.
