Description
The Iowa Department of Administrative Services will be receiving bids for the membrane tear off and roof replacement on the Reynolds Building upper roofs, dormers, and built-in gutters at Independence Mental Health Institute (IMHI), Independence, Iowa 50644.
An optional Pre-Bid meeting will be held on Tuesday, April 25, 2023, at 11:00 am at Independence Mental Health Institute (IMHI) at 2277 Iowa Ave, Independence, Iowa 50644. This meeting is not mandatory but is highly recommended.
