Description

The selected contractor would provide support to a 2019-2020 cohort of cross-sector early childhood system stakeholders through an ongoing collaborative learning opportunity focused on systems thinking. Ongoing collaborative learning would occur in face-to-face and online learning as well as collaborative supports for cohort participants for their specific system role and/or contributions. Desired outcomes may include stakeholder participants will develop knowledge and skills in the use of systems thinking habits, concepts, and tools; through interactive, inquiry-based instruction, participants will experience, practice and apply systems thinking habits, concepts and tools to personal and professional goals; participants will use systems thinking tools to analyze complex issues and identify high-leverage interventions; and participants will develop and share a plan of application relevant to their work.
