Direct Support Job Board and Hiring Resource
Request for Proposals
Description
The purpose of this RFP is to solicit proposals that will enable the Iowa Department of Health and Human Services (“Agency”) to select the most qualified contractor to provide a statewide web-based employment network and hiring resource platform.
In addition, through this procurement, the Agency seeks to achieve the following outcomes:
A. Employers will be able to hire staff that match their support needs.
B. Employers will report securing workers via the Job Board.
C. Job seekers will report securing job positions via the Job Board.
In this effort, the Agency seeks a vendor who will provide a statewide web-based employment network and hiring resource platform to assist Medicaid members and providers in connecting with caregivers seeking employment. The goal of which is to support activities that lead to better health and performance outcomes for providers, direct support professionals, and family caregivers.
