The Iowa Department of Administrative Services – Central Procurement, Hoover State Office Building, Level 3, 1305 East Walnut Street, Des Moines, Iowa 50319 will be receiving quotes for the replacement of approximately 2900 sf of EPDM roofing and misc. sheet metal at the Independence Mental Health Institute (IMHI), 2277 Iowa Avenue, Independence, IA, 50644. An optional Pre-Bid meeting will be held on Tuesday, August 27th, 2019 at 10:30 am at the Independence Mental Health Institute (IMHI), 2277 Iowa Avenue, Independence, IA, 50644. Interested parties shall meet at the Cromwell Building located on the south side of the IMHI Campus. This meeting is not mandatory but is highly recommended.
