Description
Juvenile Court Services seeks one vendor to provide youth throughout JCS District 4 with Comprehensive Family Therapy, Youth Transition Services as well as after out-of-home placement which will include Youth Transition Decision Making meetings as referred by JCS. Comprehensive Family Therapy (CFT) programs provide effective, life-changing services to families and youth who have been involved in juvenile justice, child welfare, education, and mental/behavioral health systems, often while the youth remain in their home and communities.
