DAS will be receiving bids for the replacement of approximately 2,900 sq. ft. of asphalt shingles, gutters/downspouts, sheeting, misc. epdm, and metal coping cap at the Glenwood Resource Center, 711 S Vine St., Glenwood, IA, 51534. All work is for the Glenwood Resource Center (GRC), Visitors Center Building. The Iowa Department of Administrative Services anticipates construction to begin on April 2nd, 2018 and end on May 31st, 2018. An optional Pre-Bid meeting will be held on Tuesday, January 30th, 2018 at 10:00 am at the Glenwood Resource Center (GRC), Building 120, Environmental Services Conference Room at 711 S Vine St., Glenwood, IA, 51534. This meeting is not mandatory but is highly recommended. Public Notice attached.
