Replace 12.5 ton AC condenser unit and 12.5 ton air handler
Evaporator unit must have installed hail guards.
Installation to include line set and freon.
Must include any duct work and modification to duct work.
Insulation on any new and modified duct work
All Electrical, connections and all supplies related to installation.
Any additional labor
Must be able to provide emergency repair to equipment within 24 hours of failure.
Facility will dispose old equipment when complete.
