Description
IT Professional Services and/or labor categories for database planning and design; systems analysis, integration, and design; programming, conversion and implementation support; network services, data/records management, and testing. This contract has a supercap of $15M for breaches of confidentiality or breaches of the Data Protection Addendum; otherwise, limitation of liability is 5x the value of any one purchasing instrument. There are 5 renewals remaining.
All purchase or delivery orders issued by purchasing entities within the jurisdiction of this Agreement must include GSA # GS-00F-336CA and State of Iowa 2025-BUS-7511.

State agencies must use a Delivery Order (DO) in Iowa Advantage to pay vendor invoices.
