Description

The State of Iowa is conducting a Request for Quote for a contractor to replace the Carriage House Stairs at Terrace Hill. See Exhibit B for additional details. All work must be done on-site at The Terrace Hill Carriage House Stairs and all personnel must submit names and date of birth information to DPS prior to prior to entering the campus to perform work. Construction shall be completed no later than December 12th, 2024. The Project is located at Terrace Hill, 2300 Grand Ave. Des Moines, IA 50312. Please upload your quote on the Exhibit A pricing form of this solicitation utilizing the Iowa IMPACS Procurement System (https://bids.sciquest.com/apps/Router/PublicEvent?CustomerOrg=DASIowa) prior to October 3rd, 2024 at 2:00 PM (CT).
