DAS is seeking bids for the tuckpointing and EPDM roofing for Building 102 at the Glenwood Resource Center in Glenwood, Iowa. Project includes tuckpointing, EPDM roofing, brick repair, and sealant. Please refer to the project drawings and specifications for more detail. Pre-Bid Meeting on site: Thursday, June 1st, 2017 @ 11:00 AM. Attendees are instructed to meet at the Glenwood Resource Center, Building 120, Environmental Services Conference Room. Attendance IS NOT mandatory but HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. Attendees are requested to Pre-register with the Samuels Group, Jerry Dehnke no later than Tuesday, May 30th, 2017 @ 2:00 P.M.
