Iowa Vocational Rehabilitation Services (IVRS) is issuing a Request for Proposal RFP for Occupational Skills Training (OST) services in various regional areas throughout the State of Iowa. This RFP seeks responses from those providing such services for various types of OST. It is expected that ALL such services obtained by IVRS in the upcoming time periods will be through issuance and award of competitive bid opportunities, including this RFP.
