The parties agree to comply with the terms and conditions on the following attachments which are by this reference made a part of the Agreement.
Attachments are on file with the Department of Administrative Service - Central Procurement.
Attachment 1: Competitive Solicitation RFP0320282035.
Attachment 2: Contractor's Response to Competitive Solicitation RFP0320282035 (except for any contractor objection or amendment to the Competitive Solicitation Document requirements that the State has not explicitly agreed to in writing).

Delivery Terms: FOB Destination, Freight Prepaid
Delivery Dates:
Product Only Orders - In-stock items shall be shipped within 1 day of receipt of order. Items not in stock shall be ordered from the publisher and shall be shipped within 7 days of receipt from the publisher source.
Standard Processing - In-stock items shall be shipped within 3-5 days of receipt of order. Items not in stock shall be ordered from the publisher and shall be shipped within 5-7 days of receipt from the publisher source.
