Description
State of Iowa Dept of Administrative Services, on behalf of the Iowa Dept. of Agriculture and Land Stewardship (IDALS), seeks proposals to replace their current web based account management program with a system that has an intuitive user interface and is capable of handling IDALS business processes. Such a platform will be a configurable, expandable easy-to-use web-based solution providing secure and user-friendly access. Please review all of the attached documents for complete RFP information and directions on how to submit a proposal. SPECIAL NOTE: All interested vendors MUST ATTEND the MANDATORY Pre-Proposal Conference Aug. 29, 2018, from 1 - 2:30PM in order to submit an accepted proposal. Vendors may either attend in person or via conference call. Pre-Proposal Conference details are found on page one of the attached document, "RFP-IDALS FARMS system-Fall 2018". For vendor convenience, the RFP document (titled, "Contract-Software & Services-FARMS RFP") is attached in both Word and pdf versions.) SEPT. 13 UPDATE: Attached is Amendment One to the RFP which contains answers to contractor questions received by Sept. 5, 2018. A document titled, "Sample of Dataset for Migration" referred to in Answer to Q11 in Amendment One is also attached. In addition, document titled, "Vendor Participants...", is attached listing the vendors that participated in the Aug. 29, 2018 Mandatory Pre-Proposal Conference. Those listed in the document are the only vendors eligible to submit a proposal response to the RFP. OCT. 5 UPDATE: The DUE DATE AND TIME to submit timely proposals has been changed to 3PM on Oct. 9, 2018. See attached Amendment Two for details. Oct. 9 NOTE: Addendum One for RFP1219009002 has been released and posted here today. The Addendum lists the Financial and Reports Management System (FARMS) RFP evaluation criteria and points. The Addendum is for information purposes ONLY and contractor responses to the Addendum are not required nor expected
