The Department of Health and Human Services is soliciting proposals to provide mental health and crisis intervention services to Youth that reside in Linn County who are at risk of being committed for mental health or substance abuse issues. HHS is seeking crisis intervention service that is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and includes Holidays. The service will include making referrals to other services as necessary, case management and follow-up.
