Iowa Department of Administrative Services (DAS) on behalf of Iowa Department of Natural Resources (DNR)
The Department of Natural Resources (DNR) is seeking a qualified Respondent to provide a historical structures report, condition assessment, and construction work oversight for structures within the Historic District at Fort Atkinson State Preserve in Fort Atkinson, Iowa. Respondents shall meet the Department of the Interior National Park Service Secretary of Interior’s Historic Preservation Professional Qualification Standards found in Attachment #7. The report shall be modeled using Attachment #8 Department of the Interior National Park Service 43 Preservation Briefs – The Preparation and Use of Historic Structures Reports and Attachment #9 Historic Structure & Preservation Plans: A Preparation Guide – Second Edition.
There is a Mandatory Pre-Proposal Meeting January 5, 2022 10:00 A.M. Central Time at Fort Atkinson State Preserve, 303 2nd Street NW, Fort Atkinson, Iowa 52144.
Respondent must submit Proposal in the State’s Vendor Self Service portal before the “Proposals Due” date and time listed on the RFP cover sheet. https://vss.iowa.gov/webapp/VSS_ON/AltSelfService.
