Description

The Iowa Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS) is soliciting proposals to select a Contractor to conduct a comprehensive assessment of DHHS’ child welfare practices and policies and how they impact outcomes for Iowa’s children and families. This assessment will focus on key performance areas including, but not limited to, workforce and workload, technology, organizational structure and practices, quality control and accountability, and shall result in the development of recommendations for agency improvement.
